About The Owners
Luke and Olivia Funk, along with their daughter Harlie and Chihuahua Mabel, are proud locals of Palm Beach Gardens. Luke, born and raised in the area, has successfully run a web development company for over a decade, supporting numerous businesses locally and out of state, including specialized services for the yacht industry.
Olivia relocated to North Palm Beach in 2001 and has called the area home for over 20 years. As a licensed Realtor with Illustrated Properties at Old Port Cove North Palm Beach, she brings extensive expertise in selling condos and deep market knowledge.
Drawing from their real estate careers, Luke and Olivia have long been providing home care services to their clients. Recognizing a growing need for reliable home watch services, they decided to establish Tidal Home Watch to extend their expertise and care to a wider audience.
